Ingredients:
· 4-6 Bok Choy, thoroughly rinsed and halved lengthwise
· Olive Oil
Garlic Sauce:
· 5-6 cloves Garlic, minced
· 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
· 2 tsp Sesame Oil
· 1 tbsp low sodium Soy Sauce (add a few tsp of water to thin sauce if needed)
· 2 tsp Honey
Optional: toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat then brush the bok choy with the olive oil and place cut side down on the grill for a few minutes until grill marks start to form and edges slightly charred. Then, flip and grill until the leaves are tender and slightly wilted. When done, remove from the grill and place on a serving platter
2. Heat the garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a pan and let gently simmer for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce combines and is heated through
3. Drizzle the sauce over the bok choy, garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired and enjoy!
