Farmer Erin is a second-generation dairy farmer who has been milking cows since she was a little girl. After her parents retired earlier this year, she took over the family operation, making her one of the only solo women in the province who runs her own soil-to-shelf dairy farm. This bubbly entrepreneur does it all, from baling hay to milking the cows to making her own artisanal cheese. She’s looking for a loving partner to share her life – and potentially some children – with on the farm.
