Sundried tomato and cheddar dip

This dip is so quick and easy to make in a food processor. Simply throw together some walnuts, roast peppers, sundried tomato, old cheddar shredded cheese, garlic and apple cider vinegar and give it a whirl!

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces, toasted
- 1/2 cup soft sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup roast peppers or pimento peppers
- 1 cup Black Diamond Old Cheddar shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste if needed
- 2 tablespoons green onion, thinly sliced to garnish
Directions
- Add the garlic, walnuts, tomatoes and apple cider vinegar to a food processor, and pulse together to make it smooth.
- Add peppers and pulse until they are blended and almost smooth.
- Add in the cheese and pulse until smooth.
- Garnish with green onion and serve with vegetables. Enjoy!
