Savoury with a little kick, this broccoli side dish will please even the pickest of eaters.

Ingredients
Chimichurri Butter
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 medium jalapēno, chopped
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Broccoli
2 heads broccoli, cut into large chunks
Directions
Chimichurri Butter
In a blender add cilantro, garlic, chopped jalapēno, butter, oregano, red wine vinegar, and salt and blend all together until smooth butter texture.
Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
Broccoli
Place broccoli in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, and season with salt. Toss to coat.
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Add oil the grill and place the broccoli cut side down onto the heat. Allow to char for one to two minutes aside turning often until you have good char marks on all sides.
Baste with chimichurrI butter and allow to melt into the florets. Remove and plate with a little extra chimichurrI butter on top. Serve and enjoy!
