Shishito peppers with broken Caesar dressing

Forget Caesar salad and spice things up with smokey Shishito peppers and chilli flakes.

Ingredients
Dressing
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons garlic, grated
- 2 anchovies, chopped
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup olive oil
Salad
- 2 dozen shishito peppers
Directions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
Dressing
- Place parmesan cheese, garlic, anchovies, red wine vinegar, chilli flakes, lemon juice and olive oil into a bowl and mix well.
Salad
- Place the peppers onto the grill and char and blister.
- Place peppers on a platter and serve with broken Caesar dressing. Enjoy!
