Forget Caesar salad and spice things up with smokey Shishito peppers and chilli flakes.

Ingredients
Dressing
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons garlic, grated
2 anchovies, chopped
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup olive oil
Salad
2 dozen shishito peppers
Directions
Preheat the grill to high heat.
Dressing
Place parmesan cheese, garlic, anchovies, red wine vinegar, chilli flakes, lemon juice and olive oil into a bowl and mix well.
Salad
Place the peppers onto the grill and char and blister.
Place peppers on a platter and serve with broken Caesar dressing.
Enjoy!
