A bitter-sweet spritz
This surprising combination puts a new spin on a wine spritzer.

Ingredients
- 4 oz St Regis Dealcoholized Chardonnay
- 3 oz tonic water
- 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
Directions
- In the mixing glass or wine glass combine non-alcoholic white wine, tonic water, and lime. Add crushed ice and give it a quick stir to cool everything down.
- If you’re using a mixing glass, add clean ice to a wine glass and strain the spritz mix into it. Garnish with a lime twist and serve. Enjoy!
