4-ingredient chocolate 'ice cream' filling

If you ever wondered what should go between two cookies, this is it!



  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and push mixture into the blade until creamy.
  2. Take one tablespoon of chocolate filling and spread on one cookie, use the other cookie to make a sandwich.
  3. Stick in the fridge or freezer. If stored in the freezer remove 15 minutes before serving. 

*store extra filling in the fridge
