Aperol spritz

Try this Villa Reniella-style cocktail! 



  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 1/4 oz lychee liquor
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1/2 oz orange juice
  • 2-3 oz Prosecco, or to taste
  • 1 orange slice, to garnish


  1. In a large, round wineglass, stir together the first four ingredients, then top up with the Prosecco. 
  2. Garnish with an orange slice or edible flowers. TIP: You can also serve this drink over ice.
