Asparagus & piquillo pepper pasta in manchego cheese wheel

Ingredients
- 250 gamsr linguine pasta
- Manchego cheese wheel
- 3 spears asparagus, thinly sliced lengthwise
- Handful of black olives, roughly chopped
- Handful of pickled piquillo peppers
Directions
- Cook pasta to about 90 percent done and leave to strain in colander.
- Put pasta in manchego cheese bowl and toss to coat the pasta.
- Then add sliced asparagus, and again toss together with pasta in the cheese wheel.
- Add olives and sliced piquillo pepper as a garnish.
