Asparagus & piquillo pepper pasta in manchego cheese wheel


  • 250 gamsr linguine pasta
  • Manchego cheese wheel
  • 3 spears asparagus, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • Handful of black olives, roughly chopped
  • Handful of pickled piquillo peppers


  1. Cook pasta to about 90 percent done and leave to strain in colander.
  2. Put pasta in manchego cheese bowl and toss to coat the pasta.
  3. Then add sliced asparagus, and again toss together with pasta in the cheese wheel.
  4. Add oliā€Žves and sliced piquillo pepper as a garnish.
