Berry mojito

A berrylicious cocktail perfect for the summer. 



  • 8 leaves of mint
  • Lime wedge
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1.5 oz white rum
  • Soda water


  1. Place mint leaves and lime wedges into a tall collins glass. Use a muddler and crush to release mint oils and lime juice. 
  2. Add the simple syrup and lime juice into the glass. 
  3. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour in rum and fill the glass with club soda. 
  4. Garnish with lime wheel and mint. Enjoy!
