Delicious, chocolatey and boozy—do we need to say more?

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs, at room temperature
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray an eight-inch by eight-inch pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
To a large mixing bowl add melted butter, both sugars, bourbon and vanilla. Using a hand mixer beat to combine. Add eggs one at a time and continue to beat until the mixture is fully incorporated.
In a separate small mixing bowl add flour, cocoa powder and sugar and whisk to incorporate.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and beat until just combined. Fold in the chocolate and pecans.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 24 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan.
