Bubbly with St. Germain, lemon and bitters

  • 1 bottle of your favourite bubbly
  • 221 milliliters (7-1/2 ounces) St. Germain
  • 148 milliliters (5 ounces) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Dash of bitters
  • Lemon zest for garnish


  1. To make one cocktail, fill a champagne flute with bubbly, add 45 milliliters (1-1/2 ounces) St. Germain, 30 milliliters (1 ounce) lemon juice and a dash of bitters. Garnish with lemon zest. Cheers!
