Caribbean mistletoe

Cheers to the holidays with a superb cocktail to wake up the senses with hints of apples, melon and ginger beer.



  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup for garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon crushed Apple Jolly Rancher for garnishing
  • 1 1/2 oz apple whisky
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 1 1/2 oz Caribbean ginger beer
  • 1/2 oz melon liqueur
  • Red currants for garnishing
  • Mint leaves for garnishing
  • Ice for serving


  1. Line the rim of the glass with the syrup. Add candy to a small dish, coat rim of glass with the candy. Add ice to the glass.
  2. Pour the whisky, cider, and ginger beer to the glass and stir.
  3. Pour the melon liqueur onto a tablespoon over the glass to drizzle in the cider. Garnish with currants, mint leaves and serve.
