Charred broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400˚.

2. Place the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer. Liberally mist the veggies with olive oil spray and sprinkle the salt and pepper evenly over the top. Feel free to add other preferred seasonings, if desired.

3. Roast for 25 minutes, or until the tops are nicely charred and browned.
