2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 roll biscuit dough
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook until it becomes soft and translucent, three minutes. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for an additional two to three minutes. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for another minute. Add the chicken broth, milk, and chicken. Cook, stirring, until the mixture comes to a simmer.
Divide the biscuit dough so it covers the mixture. Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for eight to ten minutes or until the biscuits are golden.
