Combine all ingredients for dipping sauce in a bowl and set aside.
Combine minced chicken, soy, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, green onion, and napa cabbage in a bowl. Mix to combine.
Place one tablespoon of filling in the middle of each wonton wrapper, and wet the edges of the wrapper. Fold one corner of the wrapper over to meet the other edge, and press to seal. Pleat the edges. Repeat with remaining dumpling wrappers.
Steam for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy!
