Snowball cookies are one of our favourite holiday cookies and for good reason! Hidden inside these snowball cookies are chocolate kisses for the sweetest surprise. We like to call these little drops of heaven. Serve these to Santa with a tall glass of Fairlife Canada chocolate milk for double the chocolatey goodness!

Ingredients
- 1 cup. (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar, divided
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup walnuts, very finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoon water
- 24 chocolate Kisses, unwrapped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325°.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment.
- In a large bowl using a hand mixer, cream together butter and half a cup powdered sugar.
- Fold in flour, vanilla, nuts, salt, and water.
- Mould one tablespoon cookie dough around each chocolate Kiss and roll into a ball. Chill for one hour.
- Transfer to prepared baking sheets and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until cookies look dry and have not taken on any colour.
- Cool cookies for 20 minutes, then roll in the remaining one cup powdered sugar.
- Serve and enjoy!
