Classic coquito

Ingredients

  • 125 ml dulce de leche
  • 125 ml evaporated milk
  • 125 ml coconut cream
  • 10 ml of bourbon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon grated cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 120 ml white rum (or cognac)

Ponche crema:

  • 1 litre milk
  • 300 ml house made condensed milk
  • 4 sticks Mexican cinnamon
  • 4 egg yolks
  • Grated nutmeg to taste
  • Grated lemon peel to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and serve.
