Ingredients
125 ml dulce de leche
125 ml evaporated milk
125 ml coconut cream
10 ml of bourbon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon grated cinnamon
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
120 ml white rum (or cognac)
Ponche crema:
1 litre milk
300 ml house made condensed milk
4 sticks Mexican cinnamon
4 egg yolks
Grated nutmeg to taste
Grated lemon peel to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients and serve.
