Perfect for your next outdoor BBQ or camping adventure, these salmon foil packets feature creamy fingerling potatoes and crunchy green beans topped with white wine and butter. This recipe takes only 10 minutes and makes for easy clean-up!
Fingerlings, green beans, salmon foil packet
½ pound fingerling potatoes, parcooked for about 10 minutes
½ cup green beans
Pinch of salt to taste
2 salmon fillets
Olive oil, for drizzling
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup white wine
Divide your partially cooked fingerling potatoes along with green beans and salmon fillets amongst two foil packets. Top with salt, butter and white wine.
Close the packets and place them in the coals of your fire for 10 minutes. Remove and open, top with more parsley if desired. Enjoy!
