Flourless dark chocolate chip cookies

A (surprisingly) healthy batch of cookies makes any day a good day.

Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin seed butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 organic omega-3 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together.
- Carefully fold in the chocolate chips to the batter.
- Dollop a tablespoon of cookie batter on a parchment (unbleached) covered baking sheet.
- Bake for eight to ten minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cookies cool for 10-15 minutes. They will harden once cooled.
