  • 1 ounce Riesling Icewine
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 ounce good vodka
  • 4-5 ounces brut bubbly
  • Lemon twist


  1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Icewine, vodka, and lemon juice and shake until well chilled – about 20 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute, top with brut (dry) sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist.
