Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 ounces gin
  • 4 ounces champagne
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 sugar cube
  • Lemon zest
  • Fresh cocktail cherry

Directions

  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice and pour 1-1/2 ounces of gin, one ounce of lemon juice, and one sugar cube.
  2. Shake for 20 seconds and strain into champagne flute.
  3. Top with four ounces of champagne. 
  4. Garnish with lemon zest and cherry spear.
