Goombay smash

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces (60 mL) pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces (60 mL) orange juice
  • 1 ounce (30 mL) coconut rum
  • 1/2 ounce (15 mL) coconut cream
  • 1/2 ounce (15 mL) spiced rum
  • 1/2 ounce (15 mL) dark rum
  • Ice
  • 2 pineapple wedges
  • 2 cherries

Directions

  1. Add all liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well to chill.
  2. Serve garnished with pineapple wedges and cherries.
