Goombay smash

The take-me-away treat you need! Created in Green Turtle Cay, Abaco, by Emily Cooper, proprietor of the Blue Bee Bar, this version is made with pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut rum, spiced rum and topped with pineapple and cherries. 



  • 2 oz (60 mL) pineapple juice
  • 2 oz (60 mL) orange juice
  • 1 oz (30 mL) coconut rum
  • 1/2 oz (15 mL) coconut cream
  • 1/2 oz (15 mL) spiced rum
  • 1/2 oz (15 mL) dark rum
  • 2 pineapple wedges, to garnish
  • 2 cherries, for garnish


  1. Add pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut rum, coconut cream, spiced rum and dark rum to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well to chill.
  2. Serve garnished with pineapple wedges and cherries. Enjoy!
