Greek htipiti

  • 1 cup cubed feta cheese
  • 3 roasted red peppers (skins removed)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toasted pita triangles


  1. Place feta, red peppers, olive oil, red wine vinegar, green onion, oregano, chili flakes, and salt and pepper in a food processor. Process until slightly coarse in texture, or completely smooth based on your preference.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and serve alongside warm pita triangles. Enjoy!
