Grilled shrimp, sausage and pineapple skewers with a zesty lime glaze

  • 24 shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 5 pork sausages, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 pineapple, cored and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt


  1. First up, make the glaze. To a bowl add honey, grainy mustard, lime juice and zest, paprika and salt. Mix well.
  2. Pre-heat your BBQ to medium high heat.
  3. To a large bowl add shrimp, sausages and pineapple. Drizzle glaze over top and mix well.
  4. Skewer the shrimp, sausage and pineapple to your liking. Add the skewers to the BBQ and grill for about seven minutes per side. Add any additional glaze to the skewers as they grill and enjoy!
