Maple spice and everything nice

  • 1 cup of your favourite tea
  • 1 tablespoon dark maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup oat milk (barista blend makes the best froth)


  1. Steep tea in a mug of hot water. Using a milk frother or steamer, warm up your milk. 
  2. Pour milk between two mugs. Pour maple syrup in and stir. Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon, stir into latte. Enjoy!
