Ingredients
1 cup of your favourite tea
1 tablespoon dark maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup oat milk (barista blend makes the best froth)
Directions
Steep tea in a mug of hot water. Using a milk frother or steamer, warm up your milk.
Pour milk between two mugs. Pour maple syrup in and stir. Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon, stir into latte. Enjoy!
