Ingredients

1 teaspoon salt

3 cups of strained yoghurt

2 Persian cucumbers

1/4 cup walnut

1/4 cup green Persian raisins

1/4 cup mint

1 teaspoon damask rose

1/4 cup chopped scallions
Directions
- Add yoghurt to a mixing bowl.
- Dice cucumber and add to yoghurt.
- Add 1/4 cup mint.
- Add 1/4 cup damask rose.
- Chop scallions and add to the yoghurt.
- Mix the ingredients in the bowl.
- Roughly chop walnuts.
- Top the yoghurt mixture off with walnuts and raisins.
- Serve with crusty bread.
