Middle East inspired potatoes

  • 500 grams Little Potato Company Potatoes
  • 1 cup good quality hummus
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons Duka seasoning mix
  • 1 sprig mint, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter


  1. Melt the butter in a good size pan and take your pre-cooked (boiled, grilled or roasted) Little Potato Company Potatoes and toss them into the butter. Sprinkle half the Duka, toss one more time. To serve, take a serving platter and spread a good amount of hummus on the bottom. Mound over the top, the Little Potatoes and sprinkle with the remaining Duka and freshly chopped mint.


  1. This adds a flavourful, Middle Eastern taste for just about any meal imaginable. Grilled chicken, baked seafood or a simple potato salad. I will often add a dollop of good, tangy natural yogurt for an additional kick of freshness.
