Miso salmon sheet pan

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 2 tablespoons white miso
  • 4 x 85-110 gram salmon fillets
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced on a bias
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup edamame (shelled)


  • Cooked brown rice
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Green onions, thinly sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Mix together the maple, soy, hot water and miso.
  3. Arrange the salmon and veggies onto a baking sheet and brush with the glaze.
  4. Bake for about 15-18 minutes or until salmon is no longer opaque. Serve with brown rice, if desired and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
