Queen's Park swizzle

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces aged rum (demarara rum or aged higher-ester rum)
  • 0.75 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 ounces demerara syrup
  • 4 dashes angostura bitters
  • 8 leaves mint

Directions

  1. Place mint in glass, muddle lightly.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients.
  3. Top glass with crushed ice.
  4. Insert swizzle stick and “swizzle” until ice cold frost forms on the outside of the glass.
  5. Enjoy!
