Turn one side of the BBQ to high and add 10” cast iron pan to the side with the heat turned to high and close the lid. Let the cast iron get hot and add the butter. Allow the butter to melt, carefully remove the cast iron and close the lid.
Your cast iron will be hot, so be careful building your s’mores. Arrange graham cracker to cover the bottom of the pan, and have some leaning up against the sides as well. Break up the chocolate bars and arrange them over the graham crackers. Top this with the two different sized marshmallows. Sprinkle the chopped brownie bites, peanuts and candied bacon over top of the marshmallows.
Return to the BBQ on the side that does not have the direct heat. Close lid and patiently wait for about 10 minutes, or until everything is golden brown and melty.
Use leftover graham crackers to dip away!
