Shrimp shooters

It's time to level up your classic shrimp cocktail. Made with fresh dill and chives, this twist on a classic will become your guests' favourite app!



Shrimp Shooters

  • 10 jumbo shrimp, cooked and peeled leaving the tail
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup maynonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped


  1. In a small bowl whisk together the dill, mayonnaise, yoghurt, lemon juice and zest and season to taste.
  2. Peel your shrimp and spoon approximately 2 tbsp dip into the bottom of each vessel and insert a shrimp tail up.
  3. Garnish with chopped chives. Serve and enjoy!
