Smoky old fashioned

The smoky infusion will impress your guests and delight your taste buds. 



  • 2 oz whisky
  • 1 brown sugar cube
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • Orange peel, for garnish


  1. Place the sugar in the cube in the rock glass. 
  2. Wet it down with angostura bitters. 
  3. Crush the sugar with a modular. 
  4. Add a huge ice cube and pour in the whisky. 
  5. Put the smoker infusor on top of the glass and add a spoonful of oak wood chips. 
  6. Light it and cover for 10 seconds. 
  7. Garnish with an orange twist. Enjoy!
