Spring 'n' stormy cocktail

  • 45 millilitres (1.5 ounce) rum
  • 15 millilitres (1/2 ounce) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 60 millilitres (2 ounces) ginger beer
  • 2 strawberries, sliced (1 for garnish)
  • 3 thin slices of jalapeno


  1. Muddle one sliced strawberry with two thin slices of jalapeno in your glass. Fill your glass or copper mug with ice. Add rum, lemon and top with ginger beer. Garnish with strawberry slice and remaining jalapeno slice
