To a large dutch oven or heavy bottomed pot add kernels and olive oil. Turn the heat on to medium-high and cover with the lid. Grab onto the handles of the pot and shake, shake, shake! You’ll begin to hear the kernels start to pop. Once the popping subsides turn the heat off, and take the lid off.
Pour the popcorn into a large mixing bowl and drizzle the melted butter over top. Toss to ensure all the kernels are coated. Sprinkle the turmeric, nutritional yeast, chilli flakes and salt over top and toss again. Enjoy!
