1 cup (240 milliliters) strawberries, quartered

1/2 cup (120 milliliters) sugar

1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) water

12 scoops vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup (120 milliliters) chocolate topping

1/4 cup (60 milliliters) chopped peanuts

1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) sprinkles
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine strawberries, sugar, and water. Let sit until strawberries have released a sauce-like liquid, about ten minutes.
- Into each of four sundae bowls, scoop three scoops of ice cream.
- Top with strawberries (including liquid), chocolate sauce, peanuts, and sprinkles.
