Summer strawberry and cucumber caprese salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups halved baby or cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups halved strawberries
- 1/2 cucumber, quartered
- 1 cup mini bocconcini (mozzarella) balls
- 1/2 cup loose basil, leaves only
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil and balsamic to drizzle
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic just before serving.
