Superfood protein peanut butter energy bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup Vegi Day Vanilla all-in-one
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Directions

  1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until well combined. 
  2. Use an ice cream scooper to form balls and place on cookie sheet.
  3. Refrigerate for about an hour, or they also freeze well.
