Superfood protein peanut butter energy bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup Vegi Day Vanilla all-in-one
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Directions
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Use an ice cream scooper to form balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate for about an hour, or they also freeze well.
