Preheat oven to 350 F. Set rack at middle position. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and ¼ cup white sesame seeds
In a separate mixing bowl, or the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together butter, sugar, and honey for four minutes.
Add half the tahini and beat until combined, then add half of the dry ingredients mixture and beat until combined.
Repeat with the remaining tahini and dry ingredients. The dough will be very sticky.
In a small bowl, mix together white and black sesame seeds for topping.
Scoop out heaping tablespoons of dough and roll between your hands to create dough balls. Dip the dough balls into the sesame seed topping and place onto your parchment-lined baking sheet, sesame seed side up.
Bake cookies for 14-16 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
