Ingredients

4 cups (950 milliliters) almonds

1/3 cup (80 milliliters) tamari

1/8 teaspoon (1 milliliter) cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- Put almonds on a rimmed baking sheet. Toast in oven a few minutes to heat up.
- Pour tamari in a bowl and add cayenne pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add warmed almonds to bowl and toss to coat.
- Return coated almonds to baking tray and put back in the oven for eight to ten minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
