A yummy summer cocktail to bring life to the party!

Ingredients

5 mint leaves
1 1/2 oz gin
Ice
5 oz San Pellegrino sparking grapefruit soda
Juice of half a grapefruit
Mint, grapefruit and lime slices, for garnish

Directions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves with gin, fill the shaker with ice, and shake well.
Strain into a chilled glass and stir in soda and stir together.
Garnish the drink with a big lime wedge and serve. Enjoy!
