4-6 lime wedges
5-8 mint leaves
15-30 ml of your favourite sweetener syrup (agave, honey, sugar,)
For added flavour add your favourite fruit puree or juice to syrup. 2 parts sugar, 1 water, 1 part fruit juice or puree.
4 oz soda water or Kombucha
Mint, for garnish
- Muddle limes at the bottom of a glass to express juice and oils.
- Add sweetener, clap or lightly bruise mint leaves.
- Add ice, stir and top with soda or kombucha.
