Whipped feta dip

Ingredients

  • 1, 8 oz block feta
  • 3/4 cup, greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp, olive oil
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon, garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon, dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon, chilli flakes
  • 1/4 cup, chopped kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup, quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon, torn basil leaves
  • Sliced crunchy vegetables for serving (celery, carrots, radishes, cucumber)

Directions

1. In a blender add feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, garlic powder, oregano, and chilli flakes. Blend until completely smooth.

2. Pour into a bowl, and garnish with olives, tomatoes, basil leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil.

3. Serve with crunchy vegetables for dipping.
