A few years ago, best friends Catherine Belknap and Natalie Telfer—aka Cat and Nat–decided to dish on what life was really like being a mom. Their funny videos became a huge hit with parents around the world, and their first book was born. Cat and Nat’s Mom Truths has become a lifeline for parents who feel alone in balancing motherhood, career, body image and more. Now they are back with a second book, Cat and Nat’s Mom Secrets: Coffee-Fueled Confessions From the Mom Trenches.
