When it comes to parenting there's an endless amount of things to keep track of in your day to day life. In order to celebrate International Women's Day we invited Elize, who is the entrepreneur behind HELM.life, to help grow her business and seek advice from a panel of successful business women.

About HELM.life

It's an app that helps parents organize their crazy schedules into one space. Whether it's forgetting to pay for pizza day, or remembering what day your kid has to go to soccer, this app helps parents stay on top of things by giving them weekly reminders about events coming up while also helping improve their management skills.

The app itself is free but you can opt into the Datenight Babysitting (a feature that allows you to book babysitters so you and your partner can have a date night) costs $8-13 monthly.

Elize is a computer engineer with a PhD from a Machine Learning Lab at the University of Toronto and also a mom herself.
