If you want to try a fresh makeup look this spring, look no further than Mother Nature! Flowers are not only an opportunity to get more creative with makeup, but it’s also a visual mood booster. Beauty expert Christine Cho created three vibrant and beautiful looks inspired by the beautiful flowers of the Bahamas. Watch the video clip above to get a step-by-step guide on how to create the looks, and shop the products below.

Hibiscus-inspired makeup

Get inspired to create a beautifully fresh daytime look using the vibrant pink of the hibiscus flower. We love Milk Makeup’s Bionic Liquid Blush for its weightless and hydrating formula. The silk powdery finish is great for layering under or over all kinds of makeup, plus it blends so easily.

Get long natural-looking lashes with the Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash Mascara. One or two coats open up the eyes and keep your makeup looking fresh.

Heliconia Bourgeana Peterson-inspired makeup

We love this unique and cheerful red and lime green colour combo of this flower. Shake things up in your beauty routine with some colour using Charlotte Tilbury’s Instant Eye Palette. It has a great selection and range of shades from light to dark. Pair it with the Eye Colour Magic Liner Duo, which has both matte and metallic options to combine texture combos with the same hue.

Anthurium-inspired makeup

Use the rich hues of red in the Anthurium flower to create a bold red lip. These empowering shades from L’oreal Paris were inspired by change-makers who enhance their communities in various meaningful ways. Keep it simple with a nearly bare makeup look–which all starts with the skin. We love the Laneige Radian-C Cream for to bring brightness and hydration back into the skin.
