In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, sugar, coconut aminos, coconut flakes, miso paste, fish sauce, olive oil, chili flakes, lime juice and zest.
Whisk well to combine then use a pastry brush to apply all over your cod.
Season with a pinch of salt.
Air fry at 450 degrees for 9-10 minutes.
Garnish with limes for squeezing, enjoy!
For the Bok Choy
In a mixing bowl, combine the sesame oil, olive oil, honey, rice wine vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and onion powder and whisk well to combine.
Spread all over the baby bok choy quarters and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Air fry at 425 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes.
Serve with coconut-glazed cod and a side of rice. Enjoy!
