Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups milk, any kind
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼–½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch salt

Directions

  1. In a large 1L jar or sealable container, add the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Secure the lid and shake well to combine.
  2. Transfer the container to the fridge and chill for 2 to 3 hours then give the container another good shake or stir to break up any clumps of chia seeds. Return to the fridge for 8 hours or overnight to fully hydrate.
  3. Chia seed pudding will last in the fridge for up to 7 days.
