Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups milk, any kind
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼–½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch salt
Directions
- In a large 1L jar or sealable container, add the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Secure the lid and shake well to combine.
- Transfer the container to the fridge and chill for 2 to 3 hours then give the container another good shake or stir to break up any clumps of chia seeds. Return to the fridge for 8 hours or overnight to fully hydrate.
- Chia seed pudding will last in the fridge for up to 7 days.
