While the brittle cools temper your Dark Chocolate by melting about 4 ounces of it in a microwave in 10-30 sec bursts. When fully melted add the remaining 2 ounces of chocolate and keep stirring until it is completely melted. If the chocolate is not completely melting microwave in additional 5 second bursts and stirring in between until fully melted.
Spread this chocolate mixture over the brittle and finish with flaky sea salt.
